BOOKING POLICY
To secure your booking and help us manage our schedule efficiently, the following policies apply. These ensure we can deliver the highest quality service to customers who are fully committed to their detailing appointment.
BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon job completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note: Deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not offer refunds for cancellations or change of mind. Once confirmed, your booking is considered final. Please ensure your availability before confirming your appointment.
RESCHEDULING POLICY​
You may reschedule with at least 3 business days’ notice. Reschedules within 3 business days are difficult to accommodate and may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
*All rescheduled bookings must occur within 2 weeks of the original appointment date, or the deposit may be forfeited*
